Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Invite Only, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to create events.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your OTP codes private. One account per phone number.

3. Events & Content

You own the content you create. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it to your invited guests. You are responsible for ensuring your events comply with local laws.

4. Prohibited Content

No illegal events, no hate speech, no harassment, no impersonation, no spam invitations.

5. Guest RSVPs

RSVP data belongs to the host for the purpose of managing their event. Hosts may not use guest data for marketing without explicit consent.

6. Payments

Invite Only is currently free. Future paid features will be clearly communicated before any charges are applied.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Invite Only is not liable for events that take place offline. We are a platform connecting hosts and guests only. All offline arrangements are solely the responsibility of the host.
